Tender description
The council is seeking tender responses for annual insurance policies for a long tem agreement for 4.5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract will commence on 1st April 2020. The tender covers eight (8) Lots comprising of the following: Lot 1 – Liability - £1,260,000 Lot 2 - Fidelity Guarantee – £135,000 Lot 3 – Motor Fleet– £135,000 Lot 4 – Engineering - £315,000 Lot 5 – Personal Accident /Travel & Schools offsite £45,000 Lot 6 – Computers – £27,000 Lot 7 – terrorism – £630,000 Lot 8 – Greener Ealing - £2,250,000 You are invited to submit tender responses for all or any individual lot(s). ALL INSURERS MUST BE AT LEAST “A-” RATED BY STANDARD AND POOR'S (OR EQUIVALENT) AND/OR APPROVED BY THE JLT MARKET SECURITY COMMITTEE, OTHERWISE THEIR SUBMISSION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.
