Tender description

Promotion of University of Limerick undergraduate/postgraduate/research courses to African students via various methods. The University of Limerick gives notice to invoke Article 32 2(b) for a derogation from tendering for the promotion of UL's undergraduate/postgraduate/research courses to African students via education fairs, schools/universities visits and social media, liaising with and training African student recruitment agents, extending relationships with University Partners, and with relevant government bodies, on behalf of the University. The services provided are considered to be a non-priority service listed in Annex X1V of Directive 2014/24/EU Public Procurement Directive. The value of the services is below the EU threshold. The complexity of the market and the knowledge acquired by the existing service provided of this specific country means that the University considers Design Workshop Ltd to be the only provide with the necessary technical knowledge to perform the service.
