Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74. Provision of nursing and carer services for adults within a residential setting. Provision of nursing and carer services for adults within a residential setting, for patients requiring intermediate care and those entitled to care fully funded by the NHS under the Continuing Healthcare regulations. Key service outcomes are: enhanced quality of life for people with care and support needs; recovery from episodes of ill health or following injury; positive experience of care; treatment and care provided within a safe environment, protected from avoidable harm. The service will ensure flexibility of capacity to meet a broad range of care needs, including some with quite high levels of need.
