Tender description
Slough Borough Council, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Bracknell Forest Council (‘the Council’) wish to engage with the market to develop its specification for the delivery of a Healthwatch Service across the three local authorities in partnership with East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The Council is undertaking further market engagement in order to seek views and opinions of organisations that may be interested in delivering the services. The purpose of this engagement is to inform the market of the Council’s intention to procure the service and to invite potential providers to input into the draft service specification. The engagement discussion session is planned to take place as follows: — time: 10.00 a.m-12 p.m, — date: 7.11.2019, — location: Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, RG12 1JD. Numbers will be limited to 2 per organisation. On confirmation of your booking, the details of the arrangements will be provided. Providers are asked to confirm their attendance and places will be booked on a first come first served basis. In the event that there is greater demand to attend the engagement discussion session than available slots, the Council will endeavour to arrange an additional session. A lack of interest being expressed in response to this invitation, may be taken as evidence by the Council that a competitive process may not be required, so potentially interested providers are advised to responds. Please note this notice does not represent a formal commitment by any of the Councils to undertake any procurement procedure. The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in this market engagement exercise.
