Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) are carrying out a market engagement exercise on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) in relation to the procurement of a new service for rough sleepers who are not new to the streets. The primary focus of this exercise is to better understand market interest and capacity, and gather market feedback on risks and opportunities. A part of the Mayor’s ‘Life off the Streets’ programme, this new pan-London service is being proposed to support people who: — are currently sleeping rough, — do not have a local immediate route off the streets, — are not eligible for other pan-London services such as Somewhere Safe to Stay or No Second Night Out, and — are in need of increased support.
