Grounds maintenance for public open space

LBHF are seeking expressions of interest in a ground's maintenance (GM) contract for public open space within the borough. This includes; - all GM services in parks and housing areas including maintenance of trees, shrub beds, grass areas, hardstanding, paths and sports areas (both all-weather and grass). - GM services on highways sites is limited to shrub beds and grass areas. - Planting works in GM areas. - Sports lettings in parks - Cleaning of toilets and changing rooms in parks - Inspection and management of play areas in parks - Minor repair, replacement and refurbishment works in parks - Cemeteries operation and management The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is currently undertaking a market engagement exercise.
