Tender description
One of the aims of Jersey Government is to recruit permanent social workers wherever possible; this offers obvious cost benefits as well as a consistent service to our clients. However this is not always possible and therefore Jersey also is reliant on interim arrangements for temporary qualified social workers. To address historical issues the Government is embarking upon a transformation in its approach to deliver Social care which includes: - 1. Commencing a campaign for permanent Social Workers relocating to the Island http://letsbehonest.gov.je 2. Develop a robust framework of agency managed agreements for the ongoing transitional requirements and future temporary staffing needs This tender process aims to deliver option 2.
