Tender description
The Northern Lighthouse Board have a requirement for a cloud based software platform to replace paper forms with device based mobile forms and to include an online data collection application. The product is to include custom reporting with fully customisable forms/data collection. The product is to be simple to use and easily customisable with a fully auditable trail from form to submission and collection of data into formats used currently such as Microsoft Excel, PDF etc. Please see full requirement as detailed within the Schedule of Requirements on pages 6-11 and samples forms.
