Evaluation Consultant for the Hull Guildhall Greenwich Time Ball Project

Tender description

Hull City Council wishes to commission an independent evaluation of the Guildhall Greenwich Time Ball project to assess how well the project has performed against the desired outputs and outcomes, to assess the impact of the project and to learn lessons for future projects. The council invites quotes from suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultants to support the project in monitoring and evaluating scheme outputs and outcomes throughout the project’s duration. The council expects detailed information and data to be collected from local residents, businesses and activity participants within the city centre and surrounding areas to develop a framework showing social and economic impact of the scheme on heritage, people and communities.
