Tender description

Eltham Palace is an operational visitor attraction in the London Borough of Greenwich; and consists of Grade I and 11* listed structures and gardens some of which is in a Scheduled Monument. The project involved creation of a new visitor attraction in form of water and play installation and garden landscaping, provision of a catering offer or caf? in the grounds, and creation of a new car park in an existing paddock field adjacent to the site. Elements include: i) Three largely distinct water-play areas, with bespoke features and associated plant and equipment, play installations, landscaping and planting, path networks, and a catering kiosk. ii) A new car park to provide an additional c170 spaces for visitors.
