Who Speclialist Work With The current team is headed up by a 1* Officer. Key staff include 2 SO1 and desk lead responsible Officers. This team ins supported by a team of analysts and a Learning Development Adviser. What Specialists Work On Individual will be required to review the Training Needs Analysis documentation which was completed on 2 Mar 18 and draft the supporting documentation to include: A Formal Training Statement (FTS). b. An Assessment Strategy (AStrat) c. Assessment Specification (Aspec). d. Learning Scalar e. Learning Specifications. f. Course Design (which may result in a solution of Computer Based Training and Practitioner Course). Where the Work Takes Place Army HQ, Directorate of Information, Blenheim Bldg, Andover. Travel may be required to the joint Intelligence Training Group, Chicksands and to 2 Military Intelligence battalion, Upavon where current training is delivered. Working from home or another government site is permissible, to be arranged at the time. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements The specialist is expected to provide the services on such hours / days as required to meet any deadlines, as agreed between the specialist and the Authority. Work Location Army HQ, Directorate of Information, Blenheim Bldg, Andover. Travel may be required to the joint Intelligence Training Group, Chicksands and to 2 Military Intelligence battalion, Upavon where current training is delivered. Working from home or another government site is permissible, to be arranged at the time. Security Clearance SC required for the duration of the role.
