Tender description

Warrington Borough Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified lead consultant for the demolition of a 5 storey town centre office block. The lead consultant will be responsible for advising the council on the demolition process, obtaining planning approvals, undertaking surveys, preparation of tender for the demolition contract, contract administration of the demolition contractor.
