The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Architectural Services at 30-34 New Bridge Street. 30-34 New Bridge Street is an office building with ground floor located towards the south end of New Bridge Street. It has a ground floor, six upper floors and a basement. It was originally built approximately 1913 and was refurbished during the 1980s when a structural steel frame with holorib type concrete floors was inserted behind the existing stone façade. Develop a design, schedule of works and anticipated construction cost for a comprehensive refurbishment of all the offices areas to the building.
