West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority are establishing a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of Oriented Strand Board (OSB), full boards and cut boards for training purposes over a period of 4 years. The framework could be accessed by UK Fire and Rescue Services (FRS) and their agents via further competition. A directory listing potential FRS customers can be located here: https://www.nationalfirechiefs.org.uk/Fire-and-Rescue-Services The framework agreement will also be available for participating customers (agents) who are other bodies associated with FRS activities with similar requirements (also any new or successor agent). Agents may only use the framework for FRS activities (see ITT for detail). This multi-supplier framework agreement will be divided into 12 regional lots (see App 4 for lot info). Economic operators can bid for 1 or more lots. Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to the North Eastern Region (Durham, Northumberland, Cleveland, Tyne and Wear). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to North Western Region (Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Isle of Man). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to Scotland (East, North and West regions). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to the South East Region (Royal Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to the to South Western Region (Avon, Cornwall, Devon and Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Guernsey, Jersey, Wiltshire). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to Wales (Mid and West Wales, North Wales, South Wales). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to West Midlands region (Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to the Yorkshire and Humberside regions (Humberside, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire). Supply and delivery of oriented strand board for fire and rescue training to Northern Ireland.
