Third party gas and electrical audit services

Tender description

The customer requires a contract for a supplier to undertake work in progress and post works audits where applicable on: • Works undertaken by the customer’s in house maintenance team and third party contractors (around 30,000 activities per year), with the aim to audit between 5 and 10% of this activity. • Annual review of the systems and processes operated by the customer relating to these activities. • Provide written reports as to the findings of these audits, data analysis reports at regular review meetings. • Provide informed guidance on the regulation/legislation/best practice as required. • Conduct specific investigation’s and formally report if required e.g. CMDDA1 investigation’s or increased audits in the event of multiple/serious breaches of regulatory/legislative requirement.
