Worcestershire County Council's Directorate of Adult Services is advertising the opportunity to tender for a service to support the delivery of a technology enabled lives approach. The Council's aim is to continue to support the delivery of Technology Enabled Care whilst rapidly increasing the scale and scope of the Technology Enabled Care offer. We want to ensure Technology enabled Care is a building block in securing positive outcomes for people across Worcestershire. The experienced Supplier will act as a collaborative partner in finalising the design of the Service. The Suppliers experience, knowledge and behaviours will support Worcestershire in leading and embedding large scale change. The provider will work flexibly with the Council to deliver a Technology Enabled care approach which will support people to live independently in their own homes or other residence including supported living
