Home Group’s strategy is to provide 90 % of services digitally and to increase efficiency by 20 % by 2022. As a result of this, we are looking to put in place a framework agreement to assist us with IT professional services and support across various projects and other related pieces of work. The skill set we are looking for from framework partners includes (but is not limited to): CRM Support/CRM configuration/recommendation of CRM add ins to be purchased through our software asset management contract (separate to this agreement), with potential they are purchased with supplier if this option is not available/3rd party integration/microsoft-gold accredited partner skillset (or working towards) or able to demonstrate equivalent skillset/demonstrative knowledge and experience of the microsoft azure platform/proactive account management function/capability/agile delivery/other professional skills and services relevant to the subject matter of this contract.
