Tender description
Ce concours est passé conformément aux articles R. 2162-15 à R. 2162-21 du code de commande publique, est soumis à l'article 1 de la loi MOP nº 85-704 du 12.7.1985 modifié ainsi qu'aux articles L. 2410-1 à L. 2432-7 et R. 2431-1 à R. 2432-7 du code de commande publique. Le projet prévoit: — construction d'un Institut de formation en soins infirmiers (IFSI), Institut de formation d'aide-soignant (IFAS) d'une surface utile d'environ 3 200 m2, — accueil des entités: hall accueil, association étudiant, foyer, espace coworking, enseignements généraux, enseignements pratiques. Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L. 2421-4 2o du code de commande publique, Région Normandie se réserve le droit de faire évoluer le programme. Enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux: 7 605 000 EUR HT. Mission: missions base + missions complémentaires: CSSI, DQD, BIM, mobilier, évaluation environnementale. La présente consultation comprend la tranche optionnelle OPC. Variantes libres refusées.
