Tender description

Leicester City Council is aiming to implement robotic process automation ‘(RPA)’ technology to improve the efficiency of back office processing across a number of thematic areas. The purpose of this tender exercise is to identify a supplier of such a product, to support a proof of concept ‘(POC)’ approach to this technology to allow the Council to determine the benefit of the tool/software selected and decide whether it is rolled out to Council wide services beyond the initial POC tender. The intention is to use these functional RPAs across various services to establish business benefits and where and how the Council can utilise the RPAs to increase efficiencies and improve customer journey and experience. The Council wants to ensure that it maximises the use of this tool/software by having the flexibility to carry out a POC covering a number of processing themes across multiple services areas.
