All end user stories are already implemented. You can see the functions requiring re- platforming here (https://docs.google.com/document/d/10pO7IoESra2-E3RLrDvz1NCezolCZ1paYsBF9lfEOqU/edit?usp=sharing) and here ( ). We have identified where we believe our areas of concern lie with the platforms in use and require partners to help us resolve this. Existing Team There is an internal development team at Hackney who will need oversight of work completed. Current Phase Live Skills & Experience • Have experience with React • Have experience with CI • Have experience with AWS • Have experience with Dynamics 365 CRM • Have experience with OAuth • Have experience with data modelling • Have experience with payment system integrations • Have experience with transactional email services • Works in agile methodologies Work Location Hackney Service Centre Working Arrangments We would like to be co-located for the majority of the week (3-4 days) with our partners at Hackney Service Centre so that the development team can have oversight and input into the solution as it develops. No. of Suppliers to Evaluate 3 Proposal Criteria • Quality of the technical solution • Clarity of the approach • How the approach or solution meets user needs • How they’ve identified risks and dependencies and offered approaches to manage them • Team structure, including skills, experiences and relevance of individuals • Experience of the method of working from previous projects • Understanding of user needs • Estimated time-frame for the work Cultural Fit Criteria • Work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers • Be transparent and collaborative when making decisions • Have a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes • Take responsibility for their work • Share knowledge and experience with other team members • Work openly • Hackney Council is a diverse organisation and borough. How you would successfully work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers in a diverse environment. Payment Approach Capped time and materials Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 60% Cultural fit 7% Price 33% Questions from Suppliers 1. Will any security clearance be required at all for the team provided? BPSS is sufficient. The team will be working with personal data but nothing under a specific level of classification. 2. When you refer to "React" do you mean the JavaScript Library React? Yes, that is correct : https://reactjs.org. 3. Is there an incumbent that you expect to be applying to resource this opportunity? Hackney is keen to work with a variety of SME digital vendor suppliers to broaden our partnership pool in this area. 4. You require as one of the essential skills 'Have experience with Dynamics 365 CRM'. Is this experience of integrating solutions with Dynamics 365 or is experience of implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 required? We have an existing instance of Dynamics365. Various components will need to integrate with it via APIs. Some configuration of the CRM may be required. 5. Why were we not invited to join the Google Hangouts Q&A session? We had asked one of the published questions so confused as to why we weren't notified or invited to join? The Q&A was not via invitation. The date, time and remote dial in link have been freely published as part of the requirements since they went live. Questions are submitted and answered anonymously to ensure fairness and therefore we would not have been able to send specific invites. 6. Is the Dynamics 365 instance hosted in Microsoft Azure on SaaS or it is the on-premise Dynamics 365 edition using IaaS on AWS? It's in Azure. 7. Can you provide an overview of the current environment (number of servers, OS, resources, etc.) The two impacted services both run on a combination of a small number on-prem small scale single servers, some 3rd party cloud-based integrations and some code deployed in AWS. This project is intended to significantly simplify that architecture by replacing a number of these components to deliver the same (or potentially very slightly improved) functionality. 8. In the "Any work that’s already been done" section the second application reference is missing Unfortunately not, we have not been able to complete that document in time. It is a relatively small digital service containing four straightforward user journeys.
