Procurement for the provision of Neonatal Transport Services in Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Berkshire West and West Sussex to NHS England

Tender description

NHS England Thames Valley and Wessex are seeking to re-commission their Neonatal Transport Services as the current contract is due to expire in 2020. This covers transfers across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Berkshire West and West Sussex. The Commissioner has a possible total budget available of £12,600,000 over a 7 year contract term. The initial contract term is for 7 year. At the end of the initial contract term the Commissioners will have an extension option for a further 3 years available which will be awarded at their discretion, giving a maximum possible contract value of £18,000,000 inclusive of VAT, over 10 years if the full contract term is fulfilled. Services are scheduled to commence on 01/07/2020. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
