OSCB Training Platform

Tender description

The OSCB delivers face to face safeguarding training to over 5000 delegates a year and in addition to this, in the year 2019 / 2020, approximately 6500 practitioners completed online safeguarding courses. To manage such large numbers of training delegates, it is essential that the booking system is user friendly for both the delegates and the OSCB training team. As a public facing site, the overall layout must be clear and have understandable instructions to signpost delegates to the appropriate area; all processes for delegates need to be straightforward, reducing the need for telephone support from the admin team; taking into consideration that some delegates may not have high levels of technological knowledge/skill.
