Nottingham University Hospitals NHS trust wishes to meet with suppliers willing to demonstrate the suitability of their forecasting system and engage in discussions with us prior to formulating our final procurement strategy. Specification document by request from below mentioned project lead. This process is the beginning of our market engagement exercise designed to help us assess the maturity and depth of the marketplace, and to understand the ways in which a solution could meet the fast evolving needs of our service. It is hoped that this process will better inform and scope any future procurement exercise, and help interested organisations understand our requirements. Please be aware that at this stage we will not be formally assessing proposals, and nothing given or provided at this stage will be evaluated as part of any future procurement process. We welcome responses from suppliers and companies who feel that they have positive ideas on how our vision can be delivered. Please request a copy of our market engagement documentation (specification) from the following project lead — wes.hall@nuh.nhs.uk As part of this process we will be holding supplier sessions. These sessions will be held as an open dialogue and provide an opportunity to gain an understanding of the options available. The sessions will be held at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, City Hospital site on the 22.10.2019, with an optional spill-over date on the 24.10.2019, which will only be utilised if numbers exceed available time slots on the provisional date. Sessions will last a maximum of 45 minutes to allow sufficient time to incorporate all respondents. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please request a slot by using the correspondence feature within the NHS bravo tendering portal (www.nhs.bravosolution.co.uk). The deadline for expressing an interest in the supplier sessions is 3 p.m. on 18.10.2019. Parties unable to attend a session will not be disadvantaged in any future procurement exercise as this pre-market engagement is only an exploratory fact-finding exercise.
