Tender description
These works include making safe dangerous buildings, structures including protected structures, or places as a result of fire storm, flood accident, ground subsidence or other means. The work may be in relation to Dublin City Council's own buildings, arising from the Council's duties under the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act 1964. Weathering of adjoining buildings, facade retension and or temporary structural works and removal and disposal of asbestos may be required in certain instances. The value of the majority of projects will be under €100k, with the maximum value of €200k. The cumulative value of works anticipated to be awarded from this Framework Agreement is €2 million.
