Tender description

NR is seeking to establish a new multi lot framework agreement for market research services. The multiple lots, are likely to include market research, analysis, politicians, commercial market intelligence and online tools. Network Rail requires market research services across multiple lots as detailed below: Lot 1: market research, analysis and political. The above lot will provide market research expertise for Network Rail to conduct research among its business and stakeholder groups, including but not limited to: — market and economic research; polling and statistics, — market research services, — public opinion polling services, — survey services, — survey design services, — survey conduction services, — survey analysis services, — economic research services, — market-testing services, — performance review services. Lot 2: commercial market intelligence: The above lot will provide secondary research that helps inform business intelligence. Particularly around our commercial property division i.e. buying habits of consumers, future landscape thought leadership, etc.: — secondary market research, — industry monitoring, — customer profiling/buying habits, — research trends, — insight reporting, — thought leadership. Lot 3: online tools: The above lot will provide market research expertise in online research and survey tools: — market and economic research; polling and statistics, — survey services, — survey conduction services, — survey analysis services, — economic research services, — performance review services, — social research services, — public opinion polling services. Interested parties should be aware the above Lots are subject to change between now and publication of the contract notice. The impending procurement exercise (with OJEU contract notice published) is expected to start on/or around the last week of November 2019. The proposed term of engagement is expected to be 4 years + 1 year + 1 year potential extensions. In the interests of transparency, equality and fairness, NR is using this prior information notice to inform the market of its willingness to engage with interested suppliers through a market engagement webinar. During the webinar, NR will detail: use of our current framework, proposed framework, case studies, our procurement intentions and timescales. This prior information notice invites organisations interested in the delivery of the above services to the Webinar held on 8.10.2019 at 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Organisations participating in the webinar are required to register their intended attendance by email to richard.akinsanya@networkrail.co.uk Only registered organisations will be provided log in details for the event.
