The Royal Borough of Greenwich wants to enable local companies to bid for contracts and offer jobs to local people. It is also committed to working with business to achieve best value when it buys products, services or work to meet the needs of its residents. Therefore, we are pleased to invite Local SMEs and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations to our morning SMEs and VCSE organisations workshop on ‘winning work with the Royal Borough of Greenwich’. This session will give you an insight into what the Council requirements are and how to bid for their contracts, both small and large. It’s aimed at business owners and those with responsibility for business development to help you increase your success and grow your business. Date: Monday 28th October 2019 Venue: Woolwich Town Hall, Wellington St, London, Woolwich SE18 6HQ Rooms 4 & 5. Timings: 12:30pm – 16:30pm (registration starts from 12pm NOON) How to register for the workshop Interested local SMEs and VCSEs organisations must register their interest for the event by clicking the green button on the right and message through the portal confirming your company’s place and the individual who will be attending the event. Due to the size of the venue we have limited this to one placement per organisation. We will respond via the portal confirming your place at the event. This will be based on a first come, first serve basis. Those who have registered early and fall within the first 30 persons will receive an email from us to confirm their place on the workshop. For those organisations which fall outside the maximum 30 people, we intend to keep a record so they will be given priority in the next workshop.
