The Education Procurement Service (EPS), on behalf of its partners: • Dublin City University • National University of Ireland, Galway • Trinity College Dublin • University College Cork • University College Dublin • University of Limerick • Maynooth University • Technological University Dublin • The Education and Training Boards Ireland (The “Contracting Authorities”) are issuing this RFT as a central sourcing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined above) and also those as described in the RFT document. The Contracting Authorities invite Tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the Goods described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (“the Goods”).
