Tender description
Hounslow Council are seeking accommodation for a 16-year-old individual, within Hounslow, or neighbouring boroughs. We are looking for 2 months supported living accommodation, with the intention to extend, where their needs can be met including a more structured routine, clear boundaries, a safer and more enabling environment. Offering 24 hours support with carers that will help the young person with personal care and emotional needs.
