Tender description

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at both acute hospital sites and thirteen community properties in south London. Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at both acute hospital sites and 15 community properties in south London for a period of 3 years with 2 optional 1 year extension periods (5 years total). The supplier sought would have been required to provide a comprehensive grounds and gardens maintenance service to the benefit of the Trust. Also included are internal areas on both acute sites, (Guy's Hospital and St Thomas'Hospital). The appearance of the Trust has a key role in helping to promote a positive image to patients, visitors and staff and as such, the Trust was seeking a suitability qualified contractor that is able to improve and enhance the environment. Interested parties must be able to provide services across both acute sites and all community properties. We did not accept bids for individual sites.
