Tender description

We will be using the supplier to provide us with a digital platform (which we are trialling) which puts us in direct contact with a number of local contractors, both small and large. We can then flexibly select contractors based on performance, customer ratings, skills and availability. Peabody Trust are currently out to tender (via an OJEU procedure: https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:460045-2019:TEXT:EN:HTML) for a managing agent function to manage a pool of contractors, as well as providing the software infrastructure to facilitate the flow of responsive repairs works through it. Whilst this opportunity is out to market, Peabody require coverage of this service for the interim period, and lack the IT infrastructure to deliver this in-house. Subsequently we have engaged Plentific, who are experts in this field and able to fully provide and support on this service. They are fully able to meet our immediate requirements, offering the full suite of services we’re asking for.
