Tender description
The Council is looking to secure access to nightly paid, fixed cost, self-contained accommodation within its district. Ideally the Council is looking to secure access to a variety of properties in different locations as specified in the documentation. The Council has a statuary duty to provide temporary accommodation for people that are eligible, homeless and those with a priority need including single families. Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) state that only where really necessary should people be placed out of area. The Council is looking to secure access to nightly paid, fixed cost, self-contained accommodation within its district.
