Tender description

Powys County Council (‘The Council’) has awarded a contract to a suitably experienced, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) registered and competent service provider for the provision of support in one property for 3 people with learning disabilities. The Council has entered into a contract with a service provider to establish an arrangement for the provision of safe and reliable, high quality support services that meet minimum standards as detailed within the service specification. The contract duration shall be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year which will be at the sole discretion of the Council. There is one property in the contract supporting 3 individuals. The property is owned and managed by First Choice Housing. The property is situated in Brecon, Powys.
