Tender description

Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council and Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (DDCCG) are looking to procure an innovative service to meet the emotional health and well-being of children and young people who are in the care of Derby City Council or Derbyshire County Council. The service will also provide specialist, trauma informed emotional health and well-being support for unaccompanied asylum seeking children, children and young people who have been sexually abused, adopted children, care leavers, young people displaying harmful sexual behaviour and children on Special guardianship orders (SGO’s). Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council and Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (DDCCG) are looking to procure an innovative service to meet the emotional health and well-being of children and young people who are in the care of Derby City Council or Derbyshire County Council. The purpose of emotional health and well-being service is to provide a high quality, evidence-based and integrated service for children, young people and their families and carers that promotes emotional health, well-being and resilience. Derby City/Derbyshire County Council and Derby and Derbyshire CCG therefore wishes to work in partnership with a provider or providers to deliver a holistic trauma informed service focusing on resilience, effective intervention and the prevention of emotional well-being concerns escalating to long term mental health issues. The services detailed in the specification are to be procured using the open tender procedure under the Light Touch Regime (LTR).
