Invest NI is placing this voluntary transparency notice to alert economic operators of its intention to modify the Oracle license support contract in accordance with Regulation 72 (1) (b) and (c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It is intended that this modification will extend the current contract for a period of 6 months and increase the value. This transparency notice does not place any obligation on the authority to enter into this modification. Direct award contract to provide Oracle license support for 4 years from April 2016 to March 2020 for software fixes, security patches and upgrades.
