City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is seeking to procure LED Luminaires and preinstalled sockets for installation by the Council on existing columns (Appendix 1 Lot 1), also known as ‘the goods’. CWC require 27 570 luminaires under this procurement which supports an ERDF project ‘Smart Intelligent-Infrastructure Investment (I3)’: these numbers and the breakdown of types may vary from the specification dependent upon the needs of the project: — invest in digital and low carbon infrastructure, — integrate datasets captured into City Data Platform, — enable intelligent and responsive information systems that promote behaviour change towards sustainable travel.
