(The “Contracting Authorities”) are issuing this RFT as a central sourcing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined above) and also those as described in the RFT document. The Contracting Authorities invite Tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the Goods described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (“the Goods”).
