As part of a Department of Health Carers Innovation Fund Bid Liverpool City Council are looking for an insight agency to partner with Liverpool City Council as part of the exploration phase of the bidding process. Because the exploration phase needs to be completed within 4 months we need to have an insight agency on board before we know if we are successful with the bid on 21/10/19.
