Bergen Municipality, the Agency for Development (EFU) would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for project administrative services (PA services). The contract will also apply to: the agency for building and property (EBE) and the agency for housing administration (EBF), which will also be able to make call-offs on this contract. The content of the framework agreement will primarily be defined through the orientation of the project. Further definitions of services can be applied when assignments are ordered. The guiding service descriptions (YT) for some of the functions are attached. The services defined in YT will apply unless otherwise agreed with the project manager (PL), or defined in the assignment. Resources engaged through this contract can be transferred to the agency for building and property (EBE) in the claims phase, (or possibly other units in Bergen Municipality that take over contracts from EFU/EBE/EBF).
