Tender description

Colne Housing wish to extend their existing managed services and hosting services for a 2-year period, with flexible break-clauses, during which organisational merger activity and due diligence can take place. Critical to the contract is the provision of 'business as usual' information technology services ensuring the existing infrastructure is serviced, maintained and licensed to the desired level of provision. This provision will include the upgrade of the existing infrastructure and services. This an award notice where Colne Housing wish to establish the procurement of extended managed services and hosting services under an extended agreement. The managed services will upgrade the existing server infrastructure to deliver upgraded server platform, back-up and DR provision, Citrix infrastructure upgrade (Netscaler, Storefront and Citrix Controller), Citrix VDA update including application scoping, application installation, UAT Testing and go-live support, 2-factor authentication. The successful company will provide a services upgrade that will include enhanced Anti-Virus deployment. Office 365 — portal creation and configuration, authentication sync/SSO, AD-connect installation, exchange migration to exchange on-line, set-up and deployment of skype for business. Infrastructure rebuild will include Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers to replace Windows 2008RV servers which are end-of-life/out of support. Reconfiguration will include: Web/Mail filters for Citrix, Reconfiguration of thin clients, new domain controller and the upgrade/deployment of monitoring dashboard. The award will include the upgrade of existing SD-WAN and all the professional services including project management and service take-on.
