Tender description
CITB require the establishment of a DPS to provide management coaching and facilitation to senior leaders, managers and management teams. Coaching of individual managers and leaders part of the CITB leadership and executive teams. Coaching interventions will be agreed for periods of 6 or 12 months and will combine face to face meetings with email and telephone support as agreed by the coachee and coach. CITB have identified a requirement for experienced facilitators to provide support to management teams across the business.
