Annual Domestic Gas Heating System Inspection, Service, Repair & Maintenance

Tender description

London & Quadrant Housing Trust are seeking suitably experienced Service Providers to deliver it's Domestic Gas Services. The service is split into four geographical areas (London & South East) covering the provision of a range of Annual Gas Inspection, Servicing, Maintenance, Inspection, Safety Checks and Breakdown Services, including smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms. This will also include Installation Contracts. The Service Providers will be responsible for providing 3 x Services: a) Gas Serving, Inspection & Safety Checks. b) Gas Breakdown, Maintenance & Replacement of Parts to Domestic Gas Systems, Appliances & Installations. c) Schedule of Rates for Domestic Gas Boiler Renewal or New Heating & Hot Water Installations, Other Additional Works and Voids & Mutual Exchanges. The Contract is for 4 years with possible additional extensions at an estimated value of £28 million pounds for the four year contract term.
