Tender description

The Works comprise Kitchen Replacement and Window Replacement. The sites are Kitchens to flats 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 & Laundry, Fleming House, Belfast and replacement windows to Bryans House, Glengormley. Replacement kitchens will include removal and replacement of existing base and wall units, worktops, sinks, taps etc, splashback wall tiling and floor coverings. Also installation of cookerhoods, heat/smoke detectors and new meter boards. Replacement windows, communal entrance door and rooflights; remove existing and replace with new units, replace all associated items including plaster reveals, cill boards, flashings etc; relocate furnishings to allow works to progress. Due to the nature of the tenants at Fleming House no new kitchens will be allowed to commence after 13 December 2019 and all works in hand must be complete before this date in order that all tenants have fully operational kitchens over the Christmas period. Kitchen works will re-commence following the holiday period The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information and the Contract. Refer to Contract Data for Works Information and detail of the Contract.
