Tender description
The Council wishes to commission key worker capacity through Registered Social Landlords as part of its Together for Families programme. The purpose of this is to build on and enhance existing delivery of support to families through Registered Social Landlords. The provision will be restricted to those Registered Social Landlords who have at least 4,000 dwellings throughout Cornwall, to ensure as broad a reach as possible to Eligible Families. The Troubled Families Programme (named Together for Families in Cornwall) is a cross-government agenda which is led by the Department of Communities and Local Government. Keywords: Key Worker
