Tender description

The Council manages approximately 13,500 properties with some form of gas appliance and approx.1,500 properties with a gas carcass which are checked annually and there are approx. 40 properties located outside the borough served by individual domestic boilers. The provider will be required to carry out intrusive audits of gas contractors of at least 5% of the stock annually, attend monthly meetings with the Council and its contractors, produce indicators of contractor performance, reports on each intrusive inspection and any failures.
