Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) on the Official Journal of the European Union(OJEU) on 08 December 2017 with the sole purpose of notifying the market of the retender of its Professional Services Frameworks. Prior information notice number in the OJEU: 2017/S 239-496102 dated 08 December 2017. This new PIN is not a call for competition or a part of a formal procurement process. The main purpose of this new PIN is to invite interested suppliers to attend an Early Market Engagement (EME)event in the morning of Thursday 14 February 2019 and to raise market awareness and interest in two of theTfL's Professional Services Frameworks: 1) Rail Engineering Services Framework and 2) Multi-DisciplinaryServices Framework. Please note that the deadline for booking to attend the EME is Thursday 07 February 2019. How to book to attend the EME Event : Interested suppliers are advised to register on the portal as soon as possible. Registration is user friendly and free of charge. If you experience any problems registering on or using the TfL ProContract portal, please contact the ProContract helpdesk directly, as soon as possible, by email to: ProContractSuppliers@ProActis.com If you are interested in attending the Early Supplier Engagement (EME) in the event of Thursday 14 February 2019 please send a message to the Project Team via the ProContract portal as soon as possible providing the name(s) and job title(s) of up to a maxim of two (2) people to attend on behalf of your organisation. Please note that places are limited therefore they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please note that the deadline for booking to attend the EME is Thursday 07 February 2019. All communication including any clarification questions regarding this PIN must be sent to the Project Team via the ProContract messaging area. Please note: Potential bidders will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this notice. Potential bidders must also note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an invitation to participate in this or any future procurement. At this stage there is no guarantee that this Prior Information Notice will lead to subsequent procurement activities for these requirements. Any procurement will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (and any superseding regulation). Any procurement will be carried out electronically using the TfL e-Tendering portal.
