Supply and delivery of Insulated Dry Block Joint Kits

Irish Rail (IÉ) invites applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the pre-qualification process to award a contract for the supply and delivery of insulated dry block joint kits for delivery to Portlaoise Depot. This will be a fixed price contract valid for three years with the option to extend annually for up to a maximum of two additional years. Insulated dry block joint specification: 4 hole CEN54/56E1 Insulated dry joint kit details; *2 x Fishplates *2 x Washer plates plain, 2 x Washer plates lipped, *4 x Fishbolts and nuts *1 x Endpost *Holes c/c 126.6mm, 380.6mm, 6 hole CEN54/56E1 Insulated dry joint kit details; *2 x Fishplates *2 x Washer plates plain, 2 x Washer plates lipped, *6 x Fishbolts and nuts *1 x Endpost *Clip recess @ 584mm *Holes c/c 126.6mm, 380.6mm, 786.6mm NOTE: 1. Proposed plates must have certificate of acceptance for use in European high speed main line rail applications (for use in continuously welded rail). 2. Only steel/steel core type plates will be considered. 3. Proposed plates must have inspection window for resistance testing. Average annual requirement estimated at; 130 no 4 Hole Kits and 10 no 6 Hole Kits. A PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE IS ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE AND MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED AS DIRECTED AND INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION.
