Tender description

The Highland Council have a requirement for the supply only, supply, haul and lay of quarry and bituminous materials in order to maintain all roads within their remit. This includes, but is not limited to, reconstructing, altering, widening, improving or renewing any road in which the public have right of passage. The Framework Agreement is to ensure provision of supply only,supply, haul and lay of quarry materials and associated services to enable the Highland Council to manage and maintain all roads within their remit. This includes, but is not limited to, reconstructing, altering, widening, improving or renewing any road in which the public have right of passage. Under the Framework Agreement there shall be no guarantee of work and all “call offs” shall be as and when required.
