The University of Warwick has a requirement to appoint a contractor(s) to provide a fully managed maintenance and repair service for all its commercial catering and refrigeration equipment. All queries must be sent via In-tend Correspondence and not directly to University staff. The Contractor must be able to provide both an annual planned, preventative maintenance service in conjunction with a reactive/call out service to all of the commercial catering equipment.
