Provision of Ultra-Short Throw Data Projectors and accessories (retender)

Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply of ultra-short throw data projectors and accessories. In the context of a single-party framework agreement, the successful framework member does not have to compete for each new contract. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies or services from a particular economic operator. The estimated total value of purchases pursuant to the framework agreement is in the region of €50,000 to €220,000 (ex. VAT) over the lifetime of the agreement. It is emphasised, however, that this figure is provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the framework agreement, and will in any case never exceed the EU threshold of €221,000 (ex. VAT).
