NHS Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) are intending to undertake, in the future, a formal procurement for a contract to provide a package of services to support the delivery of the strategic estates programme. This will incorporate the following package of services: • Commercial advice and services • Procurement services • Legal advice and contract development • Project management • A funding partner / financial package • Land acquisition services The Commissioners wish to understand the availability of potential Providers in the market. Ideally the commissioners are seeking a single organisation that can deliver the full package of services or alternatively a consortium. The provider will be expected to work with commissioners and their advisers to develop and deliver a funded programme of property projects.
